ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue challans for the works items morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and places on record a letter dated 06.03.2026 addressed to him by the second respondent. He submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved in view of the issuance of challans by the second respondent to the petitioner.

3. Since the challans have been received by the petitioner, and the prayer sought for in this writ petition having been achieved, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
