The present Application had been filed seeking to bring on record the Legal Heirs of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 13 to 15 in the original petition.

2. In support of the said application, the petitioner has produced the Death Certificate of the deceased 1st respondent along with the Legal Heir Certificate and it is seen that the proposed respondents are the Legal Heirs of the deceased first respondent.

3. In such view of the matter, the application in A.No.1585 of 2025 in O.P.No.102 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
