ORDER

This petitioner has filed this contempt petition by alleging that the direction given by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25113 of 2021 order dated 28.09.2022 was not properly complied with.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent filed the final report and submitted that a case has been registered and PRC.No.16/2023 was assigned.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, no further adjudication is required.
