ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent Police to register an F.I.R. on the basis of complaint dated 07.8.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be a money dispute. It is also alleged by the petitioner that the opposite party has not paid him the wages, which is once again a labour dispute, which has to be worked out before the concerned labour authorities.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
