This appeal ought not to have been listed today, since, even as early as on 23.12.2022 our predecessor Bench has recorded that sufficient time has been granted for taking steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent and that if steps were not taken till 20.01.2023, the appeal would stand dismissed. Since the default continues, and no steps have been taken even as on date, this appeal is dismissed in limine. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
