Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.
2. The petitioner prays for a mandamus for being relieved from bonded duty and for return of original certificates and documents collected from his at the time of her admission to post-graduate course. The petitioner claims to have rendered sufficient covid duty, for which requisite certificate to be issued in terms of G.O.(Ms.)No.371, dated 18.11.2023.
3. The petitioner has made representations dated 16.03.2024 before the respondents seeking the same relief as sought for in this Writ Petition. Those representations have been sent by registered post, 2/4
received by the respondents on 18.03.2024 (postal track enclosed), very proximate to the institution of the Writ Petition, which is on 21.03.2024.
4. Hence, this Writ Petition is pre-mature, and the petitioner may well pursue his representation before the respondents, bringing to their notice relevant Government Orders for appropriate action and the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law.
