This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 4 th appellant-Sellan in the above Second Appeal, namely, petitioners 6 to 10 herein. 2.Counsel for the respondents is before this Court and he has no objection in allowing this Petition.

3.This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 01.03.2024 ari Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main second appeal.
