ORDER

This Court passed an interim order dated 27.8.2015 restraining the respondent herein from giving allotment to any third party or handing over possession of any shops in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Palavaram Municipality.

Alleging violation of the said orders, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Meanwhile, the original writ petition has been referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre by virtue of the order dated 2.2.2016. Before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, the matter has been settled on 1.3.2016.

It is represented by Mr.M.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that possession was already handed over and the same was affirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 5.

Recording the above facts, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
