(The case has been heard through Video Conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(g)of TN Prohibition Act in Crime No.222 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court finds that the petitioner has already filed a similar petition in Crl.O.P.No.8087 of 2020 and the same has been ordered by this Court on 05.06.2020. Hence, nothing survives in this petition and the same has become infrucutous.
