This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3783 days in filling the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent 3 Palanisamy in the the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) to the learned counsel for the contesting respondents, within a period of two week from today and on such payment the delay of 3783 days in filling the above S.A.No.1531 of 2008 is condoned.
