This Court, on 29.08.2017, while suspending the sentence passed by the Trial Court against the revision petitioner, who is the accused in C.C.No.3800 of 2012, passed the conditional order of depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.3800 of 2012 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court II, Egmore.

2. Now, the accused/revision petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension of two weeks' time to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that due to ill-health, the revision petitioner/accused was not able to deposit the amount in time. Hence, two weeks time may be granted.

4. Considering the submissions made herein and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, two weeks' time is granted to comply with the order passed by this Court and this petition is ordered accordingly.
