These Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent 3 Palanisamy in the above Second appeal, namely Respondent 4 namely Saraswathi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 06.09.2024.

5. Post the case on 06.09.2024.
