ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the second respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.06.2015 and file the final report in a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 25.06.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the second respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
