ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.10.2013 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.299 of 2015, before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
