We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petitions, wherein, the petitioner has stated that Acqueon Technologies Private Limited has changed its name from Servion T Global Solutions Limited vide order dated 15.07.2022 passed by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. 5.
