The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the SPL.SC.No.19 of 2021 on the file of Magalir Court, Erode, having been taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 11(2), 11(4), 11(5), 12 POCSO Act and Section 67(B)(a) of IT Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner has been convicted in SPL.SC.No.19 of 2021 by the Magalir Court, Erode and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
