Feet, (153 Sq. Meters).

By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to process the sub-division and transfer of patta application submitted by the petitioner dated 15.02.2024. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made an online application before the second respondent to issue patta for her property in Survey No.155-2B1A1A1A1A to the extent of 1647 Sq. Feet, (153 Sq. Meters) situated at Thiruvallur District, Ponneri Taluk, Padiyanallur Village. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. 4.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.02.2024, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and pass orders, on its own merits 2/4

and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
