This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 27.08.2013 seeking appointment under compassionate grounds.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner was given appointment and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
