ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Cont.P.No.928 of 2021 WP.No.31990 of 2017 by this Court.

2. This court passed order dated 11.12.2017 in WP.No.31990 of 2017, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2017 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the representation dated 27.06.2017 and passed orders on 12.08.2021.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed. However, if there is any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
