This Criminal Petition has been filed praying,to direct the respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.534 of 2015 and the same was closed on 09.07.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
