O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.246 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police, for offence under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.246 of 2018 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.not taken on file, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
