O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue suitable orders for removal of the petitioner's face from the banners depicting him as a pickpocket, based on the representation dated 30.1.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation, the respondents will consider the same on merits.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, in view of the order passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19651 of 2017 on 26.09.2018.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
