The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated Nil as published in the Website of the respondent, rejecting the application (Reg. No.642366) of the petitioner for recruitment to the Post of Sub- Inspector of Police (Taluk) Level, 2015 (Men and Women), and for a consequential https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the respondent to admit the application of the petitioner and allow him to write supplemental Written Examination and to complete his Selection process and consider his candidature for recruitment to the above said post in accordance with his performance.

2. The written examination for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police was held on 24.05.2015. Hence, the petitioner cannot seek for a direction to hold supplementary examination for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police.

3. In view of the above, I am not inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to conduct supplementary examination for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No. costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
