..Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the production of the records relating to the detention order dated 11.08.2018 made in detention order memo No.BCDFGISSSV 693/2018 passed by the second respondent to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband Prem @ Loganathan s/o.Kuppusamy, aged about 35 years, as Goonda, who is now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz., Prem @ Loganathan s/o.Kuppusamy, aged about 35 years. The detenu has been detained by the second respondent by his order in BCDFGISSSV No.693/2018 dated 11.08.2018, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. The detention order in this case was clamped on 11.08.2018. In the mean while, the detenu was released on parole on the orders of this Court. Now that the period of detention is itself over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
