ORDER

(Made by Dr.Vineet Kothari,J) The grievance raised in the present PIL Petition is about opening of TASMAC shop in Iduvai Village, Tiruppur District.

2. The learned counsel Mr.K.Sathishkumar appearing for the Respondent-TASMAC submitted that the said proposal had already been dropped and therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, we dismiss the Writ Petition as having become infructuous. Otherwise also, we are of the opinion that in such matters, the Petitioner ought to have pursued his representation with the District Collector concerned instead of directly approaching this court in the Writ Petition. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
