ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, an associate of KNIP & Company, Public Certified Accountants to be appointed as Statutory Branch Auditor for overseas Hong Kong Branch of Indian Overseas Banks, as the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the second Respondent Bank had recommended them after due diligence on their fitness and expertise for the ensuing financial years, if found eligible in terms of the extant guidelines.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and she has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
