O R D E R

The revision is filed challenging the order of attachment on 26.03.2008 despite furnishing security on 16.11.2007 itself. Though the revision is filed in the year 2014, it seems that there is no interim order and the suit is said to be filed in the year 2006 and subsequently, renumbered in the year 2010 and the suit is one for recovery of money.

3.Considering the age of the suit, this court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit on or before 30.04.2017. The order of attachment which is made final, is stayed however, the plaintiff should not resist the same till the disposal of the suit. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
