ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated at Survey No.49/11, 49/16, 49/2, 495A and 92/4A of an 1/4

extent of 2.55 acres of land at Attur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District and fix boundaries as per the partition deed document No.1897 of 1969 on the file of SRO, Ponneri on stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.02.2024 with a request to survey the petitioner's property as per the Partition Deed Document No. 1897 of 1969, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property in Survey No.49/11, 49/16, 49/2, 495A and 92/4A of an extent of 2.55 acres of land at Attur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, on payment of requisite fees. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
