A money dispute been given a criminal colour and the police is brooding upon it by forcing the petitioner herein to repay the money within a time. Hence the present petition for a direction not to harass. 2.

Inspite of several directions and instructions to the police, still they have not changed their old habit of interfering the civil dispute. Particularly, in money dispute conducting panchayat for recovery of money. While dismissing the petition, the matter may be enquired by the senior police officer of the District and if there is abuse of power, take necessary action against the Investigating Officer. 3.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
