Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7959 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11176 of 2020, dated 17/12/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Though, the petitioner was granted bail on 13.08.2020 on certain conditions, those conditions have been relaxed twice and now the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

only once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7959 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11176 of 2020.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
