O.S.No.404 of 2013 on the file of Ist Additional District Munsif Court, Puducherry and a direction to dispose the same, within time bound period.

O R D E R
Petitioners have come up with this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking an order to direct the learned First Additional District Munsif Court, Puducherry, to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the parties, submitted that there are series of interlocutory applications pending before the Trial Court and the same also requires to be decided before proceeding with the suit.
4. Learned First Additional District Munsif, Puducherry is directed to dispose of the pending interlocutory applications in O.S.No.404 of 2013, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the learned Trial Judge shall take up the suit, and dispose of the same on merits, as expeditiously as possible.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
