THROUGH [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, TIRUVANNAMALAI EAST POLICE STATION, TIRUVANNAMALAI CR.NO.3262 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.3018 of 2021 dated 10.03.2021 petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SUSEELA DEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3018 of 2021, dated 10.03.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
