Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the service of petitioner as driver from the date of initial appointment i.e 17.03.2006 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for directing the respondents to regularize the service of petitioner as driver from the date of initial appointment i.e 17.03.2006 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.2650, 2654, 2658, 2663, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2665, 2669, 2673, 2675, 2678 & 2683 of 2019 dated 12.06.2019. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder; "11.The respondents are directed to regularize the services of these writ petitioners as Drivers from the date of initial appointment of the respective writ petitioners with all consequential and attendant benefits. The direction shall be complied with by the first respondent or any other competent Authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
3.The learned counsel for the respondent is also present and he would have no quarrel with the submission that it is covered by the above said decision.
4.Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
