This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to process the petitioner's passport application bearing File No.CB2064594710522 dated 16.09.2022 and issue passport to the petitioner without insisting on No Objection from the third respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a minor, who was represented by her mother and her mother has made an application on 16.09.2022 for issuance of passport to her child, i.e., petitioner herein

without insisting 'no objection' from the third respondent. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in the present Writ Petition, it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's passport application dated 16.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner would be considered and orders passed thereon in accordance with law.

5. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 16.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
