The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation in the impugned F.I.R., the respondent has conducted investigation and filed a final report on 27.07.2022.

2. In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
