Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 5 to give necessary force of police protection to survey my property comprised in S.No.8 / 2A to an extent of 0-98.00 hectare situated at C.Mutlur Village, Bhuvanagiri (TK), Cuddalore (DT), and to fix the boundaries so as to re fence the property, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2023 & 16.03.2023.

O R D E R

The petition prays for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give police protection to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.8/2A to an extent of 0-98.00 hectare situated at C.Mutlur Village, Bhuvanagiri (TK), Cuddalore (DT). 2/6

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Tahsildar, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Bhuvanagiri, Cuddalore District, in his proceedings dated 13.02.2023 had directed the 5th respondent to give police protection for the purpose of measuring the petitioner's land. Based on the said proceedings, the petitioner had made representations on 20.02.2023 and 16.03.2023. However, the respondents have not considered the said representations.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the respondents would consider the representations made by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Considering the fact that the Tahsildar, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Bhuvanagiri, Cuddalore District, had already written a letter to the 5th respondent to give police protection, there shall be a direction to the respondents, namely, respondents 1, 2 and 5, to consider the petitioner's representations and take further action in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
