O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry based on the appeal / revision filed by the petitioner on 29.02.2024 against the order passed by the second respondent dated 16.10.2023, wherein the patta that stood in the name of the petitioner was cancelled and it was issued in favour of the fifth respondent with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the revision filed by the petitioner on 29.02.2024, after affording opportunity to the fourth and fifth respondents and orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
