2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present writ petition, the address of the first and second respondents were wrongly quoted by them in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the address of the first and second respondents as Revenue Divisional Officer, RDO Building, Ranipet, Vellore District instead of Revenue Divisional Officer, Collectorate Building, Sathuvacharry, Vellore District and the Thasildar, Office of the Thasildar, Nemili, Vellore District instead of the Thasildar, Office of the Thasildar, Ranipet, Vellore District. While so, this Court by order dated 12.03.2019, has ordered for release of the said vehicle and the address of the first and second respondents were wrongly mentioned in the said order dated 12.03.2019.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.In all other respects, the earlier order dated 12.03.2019 shall remain unaltered.

5.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy upon payment of necessary charges by amending the address of the first and second respondents as stated in this petition.
