O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 17.12.2015 passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, made in I.A.No.375 of 2015 in O.S.No.138 of 2015, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner for interim injunction.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on 20.12.2018 itself, the main suit itself dismissed and therefore nothing survive in this civil revision petition. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
