This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 31.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1600 of 2023 that the petitioner should stay at Chennai and report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the Trial Court hearings without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
