The notice sent to the respondents in this application has been duly served. The affidavit of service, enclosing the delivery reports have also been filed. The names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list today. The applicant is having the benefit of interim injunction order in O.A.No.255 of 2025. The injunction order pertains to the property mortgaged by the respondents in favour of the applicant. Since the respondents have chosen not to enter appearance in O.A.No.255 of 2025 despite service of notices, they are set ex-parte by this Court and the interim injunction granted by this Court on 13.03.2025 in O.A.No.255 of 2025 is made absolute and O.A.No.255 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

No.449 to 453 of 2025 are concerned, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to get instructions as to whether this application can be closed and liberty can be granted to the applicant to seek the relief as sought for in those applications before the arbitral Tribunal once the same is constituted.
