(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c.), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3.

2.The petitioner is seeking a direction to be issued to respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 20.02.2019 with regard to the removal of encroachment by respondent no.4 in the water channel situated in Survey no.145/1 to the extent of 0.38.0 acres at Madura Malliyapadi Village, Paranginatham, Chinna Salem Taluk.

3.The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) states that the said representation will be considered and disposed of within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all concerned. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader (i/c.), no further orders are necessary at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.11032 of 2019 is closed.
