2.Mr.P.Kandasamy, has entered appearance on behalf of the 3rd respondent/insurance company.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.P.Kandasamy, for the 3rd respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
