O R D E R

The petitioner is working as a Helper at Mallachamuthiram, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District under the control of the Executive Engineer, the second respondent herein. While so, by the impugned order dated 28.05.2015, he was transferred to Elanagar Section in Tiruchengode Taluk, i.e, he was transferred from one place to another place within Tiruchengode Taluk. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner sought to quash the order of transfer dated 28.05.2015, the learned counsel on instructions submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 02.06.2015 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
