This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 3(1) (s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989) on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 10.04.2023 before the Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
