Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered. The production of the certified copy of the order dated 31.01.2018 passed in C.C.No.809 of 2006, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, is dispensed with.
