ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an F.I.R., based on the complaint dated 27.05.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.198 of 2015 before the first respondent, Police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
