Appln No.1349 of 2020 in N. SATHISH KUMAR This application has been filed to extend the time for the applicant to vacate the suit premises and hand over vacant possession to the respondents.

2. This court by an order dated 14.12.2020, has granted time till 30.04.2021 to vacate the suit premises.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, the order passed by this court has complied with; and the suit premises was handed over to the respondents on 30.04.2021. To that effect, he has also filed a memo.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has also admitted that the respondent have taken possession from the applicant.

5. The above submissions made by both the counsels are recorded and the memo dated 05.10.2021 filed by the applicant is placed on record.

6. Accordingly, this application is closed.
