ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 07.03.2023 made in I.A.No.7 of 2023 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.15 of 2015, for reopening the case for further evidence for examination of the attestor of the will dated 18.12.2014 which is marked as Ex.P.4.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material available on record. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that this revision may be disposed of with a direction not to proceed with the E.P.No.73 of 2019, until I.A.No.1 of 2022, filed for condoning the delay, is disposed of.
4. Considering the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Judge, not to proceed with the E.P.No.73 of 2019, until I.A.No.1 of 2022 is disposed of. 2/4
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition.No.8022 of 2023 is closed.
