ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in CC.417/2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Ambattur, Thiruvallur District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there is a possibility of settlement between the accused and the complainant, notice may be ordered to the complainant so that the matter could be sent for mediation.
4.In the considered opinion of this Court, it will not be desirable to come to the High Court on the way for mediation. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Ambattur, Thiruvallur District, to send CC.No.417 of 2014 to the local Mediation Centre for mediation and the mediation process to be completed within one month from the date of reference for mediation, so that the parties may amicably arrive at a settlement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
